Photo Submissions

We periodically accept freelance art and photography submissions for our calendars. Those desiring to submit photos for the 2010 African American calendars should contact SJW Publishers at calendars@sjwpublishers.com with details about the proposed submission. Once approved, photographs or art will be accepted for consideration. Submissions for the 2010 calendars must be received by June 1, 2009. Please include the following with your submission: (1) name and/or description of each photograph submitted; (2) a list of subject matter photographed; (3) your business card; or contact information and shipping address.

Web submissions

Email a link to a web page that contains your photo submission to calendars@sjwpublishers.com for each calendar submitted.

CD or DVD

Images should be large and clear enough to be viewed easily on a screen with a high resolution. Please organize your submission by calendar and provide the name and/or description of each photograph submitted. Retain a copy of what is sent as any submissions received by SJW Publishers will not be returned. Submissions should be mailed to the following address:
